Invitations for new accounts will expire after 24 hours. If you did not receive an email to activate your account, please try the following:
- Check your spam/junk folders
- Search for no-reply@synzi.com
- Navigate to the Virtual Care Login page here and select Forgot password. The username is typically your email address. After selecting this option, you should be able to trigger a password reset to your email address
- Please note, that a password reset email will be active for 1 hour before expiring for security purposes
- Receiving a password reset email can take several minutes depending on your device and the mail server's fetch settings
