When making a video call from a supported browser, you may be prompted to allow Synzi Virtual Care to access your device's camera and microphone.
- After logging into the Virtual Care Platform on the web using a supported browser, please follow any necessary prompts to enable your camera. Please see one example of a browser prompt when using a Safari browser:
- You can enable access from the browser's URL address bar
- If you do not receive any prompts after logging in, select the Hamburger menu in the top left corner of Virtual Care
- Select Settings
- Select the desired microphone and video component for your device
