If you've forgotten your password, don't worry! You can always send a password reset email to yourself from the Synzi Virtual Care log-in screen:
1. Select the "Forgot username or password" option
2. Enter your username (typically your email address)
3. Select "Send Reset Email"
4. An email will be sent to the email address associated with your Synzi Virtual Care account. Please note that the email typically takes about 60 seconds to arrive in your inbox. After 60 seconds, if you don't see the password reset email (from no-reply@synzi.com) please be sure to check your junk/spam folders.
5. Once you receive the email, click on the "new password" link in the email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
6. Moving forward you'll be able to use this new password to log in.
