If you've forgotten your username, don't worry! You can always send a username reset email to yourself from the Synzi Virtual Care log-in screen
1. Select the "Forgot username or password" option
2. The "Forgot Password" page will appear and select the "Forgot username" option.
3. Enter your email address and select "Send Email"
An email will be sent to the email address you entered. Please note that the email typically takes about 60 seconds to arrive in your inbox. After 60 seconds, if you don't see the password reset email (from no-reply@synzi.com), please be sure to check your junk/spam folders.
The email you receive will reveal the username associated with the email address you
Moving forward you'll be able to use this new username to log in.
