Once logged into the Synzi application, end-users will see a colored dot next to each user. The colors seen next to each user are there to indicate the user's current status within the application.
- A Green dot indicates that the user is logged in and is available.
- An Orange dot indicates that the user is logged in but has navigated away from the Synzi application.
- A Red dot indicates that the user is currently on another call and is unavailable.
- A Gray dot indicates that the user is not logged in or the user has set themselves to 'Do Not Disturb'.
